The accounts payable layer

Accounts payable, run for you.

Seikara reconciles your invoice and payment registers to recover what was wrongly paid, stop what would be, and settle what's disputed — inside the finance system you already use.

01 / Recover Available now

Money that already left

We reconcile your registers, find what was settled twice or overpaid, and run the claim end to end.

25% of what we recover · nothing upfront
02 / Monitor In development

Money still to lose

The same reconciliation running daily, flagging exceptions inside the system your team already uses.

Recurring retainer
03 / Resolve In development

Money stuck in dispute

Agents answer supplier queries and work the exception through to a credit note. Nothing sends without approval.

The problem

The money is one problem. The work it creates is the other.

01 / The money
0.1–2%
of AP spend is lost to duplicate and erroneous payments. Most companies audit for it only once a year.
02 / The work
70%
of invoices still pass through human hands, even in automated finance functions. Every flag raised is a morning spent investigating it.
How it works

One engine, pointed at three moments in the same payment.

Money that already left, money about to leave, money stuck in dispute. The same reconciliation, the same records, the same safety layer.

Money stuck in dispute

A hold that sits for three weeks is a relocated problem, not a solved one. Agents work the exception through to settlement.

The interface

Findings, with the evidence attached.

A flag is a task. A claim is finished work. Seikara shows you the invoice, the payments that settled it, and the amount to recover — proven from your own records.

Payment register · March 2026 1,284 payments reconciled / 3 exceptions / £27,635.50 recoverable
Vendor Invoice Payment Settled Amount
Meridian Logistics APC-1180 BACS-90412 04 Mar 2026 £18,420.00
Meridian Logistics Settled twice APC-1180 BACS-91877 11 Mar 2026 £18,420.00
Aster Components APC-1206 BACS-90455 12 Mar 2026 £6,905.50
Northbank Freight APC-1271 BACS-90611 15 Mar 2026 £2,310.00

Every finding cites your own payment records. Not "these two documents look alike" — but "this invoice was settled on 4 March and again on 11 March."

The recurring layer

Recovery returns money that already left. The layer stops it leaving.

The same reconciliation, running continuously, and then doing something with what it finds. Seikara sits underneath your finance system rather than asking you to adopt another one.

01 / The pipeline

It runs without you

A daily sync pulls only what's new from your finance system. Nobody exports anything. Nobody logs into anything. The reconciliation happens whether or not you think about it.

02 / The cockpit

Where exceptions get decided

A secure review surface: the invoice on one side, the payment records matched against it on the other, and one decision — confirm or dismiss. Ranked by what deserves attention, not by size.

03 / The embed

The flag lands in your system

When something is caught, the invoice is marked on-hold inside the software your team already uses. It appears in your own approval queue, not on a screen only we can see.

04 / The agents

And then the work gets done

A hold that sits for three weeks is a relocated problem. Agents answer supplier queries from live ledger state, assemble the evidence, draft the dispute and chase it to a credit note. Nothing sends until someone approves it.

The recurring layer is in development. Each finance system is connected individually; we build the integration when a client is ready for it.

Security

Built for financial data.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

All invoice and payment data is encrypted end to end. Keys are managed and rotated on your behalf.

Least-privilege access

Every action is scoped and logged. Your team decides who can view findings and who can act on them.

Seikara never moves money

We write status to your ledger — placing an invoice on hold, lifting it once a credit note settles. We never initiate, approve or release a payment, and Seikara has no ability to send funds anywhere. Your banking stays entirely outside our reach.

Nothing reaches a supplier without your approval

Agents draft; people send. Every message to a supplier is written for review and waits on a human clicking approve. The system is built to decline any claim it cannot prove from your own records, so nothing goes out on a guess.

Request access

Start with what you have already lost. Then let us run the rest.

A recovery engagement costs nothing to try — 25% of what comes back, and nothing if nothing does. The only ask is four reports your finance system already produces.
